Wolf River Amateur Radio Club’s -- Elmer’s Corner Net Preamble

Welcome to the Wolf River Amateur Radio Club’s Elmer Corner Net.  This net meets each Wednesday evening at 7:30 pm CST on the 146.925 repeater with a pl of 118.8.  Our Elmers Corner Net is recorded on NetLogger and the 146.925 KX9RT repeater provides anyone from anywhere to check in to the net via EchoLink or AllStar modes.

The goal of this net is to have fun and provide any hams with an opportunity to ask questions  Whether you are new to amateur radio or continuing to learn, there is always room for questions to ask.

   The format of this net is to check-in stating your callsign phonetically, your name, your location, and whether have a question for the net.  If at anytime during the net there is emergency traffic, please state “Emergency” and we will break immediately for any Emergency traffic.
